When you register for a double session, you will receive two (2) FlexPasses. If you miss a class during the session, you may use your FlexPass at another Yoga or Pilates class as a "make-up" and you can choose a class that is on a day and time convenient to you.
Missed the first class of a session? Register online by the 2nd class of a session and we'll prorate you for the week you missed! Even if you missed the session registration window you can still attend most classes with a Yoga Card or by dropping in.

What is a session and why does Absolute Yoga offer session-based classes?
A session is a period of 6-8 weeks in which we will offer a specific program of classes--it is a value option and not a requirement for most classes. During a session you will see the Yoga and Pilates classes offered at specific times and days of the week. In addition to our Yoga and Pilates class programs, we will offer a variety of one-time special events and classes, workshops and intensives with a given session that will vary from month to month. These events are designed for those interested in trying something new and for studying a particular theme or topic in an effort to grow your practice.
What does it mean to purchase a session?
When you purchase a session, you register for a specific class that meets on a specific day and time for the duration of the session. This means if you register for a Sunday night session of Honey Flow Yoga, you are reserving a spot in that particular class on every Sunday night for the duration of the 6-8 week session.
How does registering for a session benefit me?
Registering for a single or double session is the best value for your dollar. Registering for multiple classes within a session offers you a steeper discount.
The consistency of the students in the class allows your instructor to tailor the session in a way that builds and develops each week while deepening your practice and enriching your experience. Our multi-week session format is ideal for people looking to establish a committed weekly Yoga or Pilates practice.
What if I'm not ready to commit to a session?
You may still "Drop-in" to a class or purchase a Yoga Card. You need not pre-register for a Drop-In.
I missed the start of a session, can I still join?
You may register for a class in advance of and during weeks 1 & 2 of a new session, space permitting. After the Registration Window has closed, we'll accept Drop-Ins and Yoga cards only.
Flex Passes / Missed Classes / Make-Up classes
For each class in a session that you register for, you will receive one (1) FlexPass.
If you miss a class during the session, you may use your FlexPass at another Yoga or Pilates class as a "make-up". You can choose any eligible class on a day and time that is convenient for you.
Plan on attending all your classes during the session? You can still use your FlexPass to try out any other eligible class that you wish at no additional charge!
It is totally up to you how you choose to spend your FlexPass. However, once all your FlexPass credits are spent--whether you used them to take a make-up or an extra class--they are expired and no additional passes will be issued.
You must use your FlexPass(es) within the same session duration. All FlexPasses expire on the last day of a session--no exceptions. FlexPasses may not be transferred, refunded or credited. They are not valid for Workshops or single Special Event classes.
FlexPasses are not eligible for Prenatal Yoga, Itsy Bitsy Yoga, Family Yoga, New Mothers' Teas or Workshops.

How do I pre-register for a session?
You may pre-register for classes and pay online at www.AbsoluteYoga.net or you may pre-register at the studio before/after a class, time permitting.
To pre-register, you must pay in full. This reserves your spot in the class and ensures that a class meets the minimum enrollment to run.
Prenatal Yoga and Itsy Bitsy Yoga classes accept deposits and full tuition to reserve a spot and any remaining balance is due at the first class.
You may register for a class weeks in advance of the session start date to ensure your spot is held. If you miss the first class of a session you may still join us, space permitting. However, the window for session registration ends after week 2. If you missed the window to register, you are still welcome to join us but you'll need to pay to pay a Drop-In fee or purchase a Yoga Card.
What methods of payment may I use?
When you pre-register online you may use our Paypal integrated website free of charge which allows you secure payment transactions using your credit card or linked checking account. You may also mail or hand-in a check for your registration.
At the studio we accept payments in cash or check only. Credits cards are only accepted online.
Why does Absolute Yoga offer Yoga Cards?
Yoga Cards allow you to pre-pay for a specific number of classes-five or ten--at a per-class rate that is discounted from the Drop-in fee. Yoga Cards are valid for Yoga, Pilates and Nia classes.
What does it mean to purchase a Yoga Card?
When you purchase a Yoga Card, you are pre-paying for a block of classes--any classes you wish to take that permit Drop-Ins. Your card is valid for a specific duration of time and comes with an expiration date. If you buy a Yoga Card at the start of a new session, you will have approximately 6-8 weeks to take the number of classes that you pre-paid. If you use up all your classes on your card before the specific expiration date, you can always purchase another card or pay the Drop-In fee. However, you'll want to note how much time is remaining before the new card's expiration date and whether you think you'll be able to attend as many classes in the time that is left. This is important to remember because once a yoga card expires, there are no credits, refunds or extensions--even if you have classes "left" on your card. There are no exceptions to this policy.
How does buying a Yoga Card benefit me?
Purchasing a Yoga Card saves you money by allowing you to pre-pay for classes at a rate that is discounted from the Drop-In fee. The more classes you pre-pay, the steeper the discount.
If you are looking for maximum flexibility in the classes you wish to take, the Yoga Card is probably a good fit for you. People who enjoy a variety of classes, styles, days and/or times appreciate that the Yoga card allows them to do this. This is also a great for people who travel frequently as the classes you pre-pay are useful for day, evening and weekend classes between the time of purchase and the expiration date.
Can I just pay for a single class?
Yes, you would want to "drop-in" to a class. You can simply show up to a class 5-10 minutes prior and pay to take that single class, space permitting. You need not pre-register for a drop-in.
Which classes which do not accept Yoga Cards/Drop-In?
Please note that some classes do not accept Yoga Cards or Drop-In: Prenatal Yoga, Itsy Bitsy Yoga and Family Yoga are offered in session format only.
Switching Classes within a session
If you join a session starting in week 1 and decide you would like to switch to a different day/class/time, we can accommodate you before the end of week 2 only, space permitting.
Withdrawal
Should you choose to withdraw from a class prior to the start date, we can refund your registration payment less a $25 processing fee. Should you choose to withdraw from a class within 48 hours after the 1st class of a session begins, we can refund your registration payment less the first class payment and a $25 processing fee.
